2. Data we collect

• Account data: email and optional display name.
• Project data: project title, participant names, optional participant emails, deadlines, and metadata.
• Media data: participant video/audio recordings and optional uploaded photos.
• Service telemetry: operational logs, consent-gated product analytics, and conversion attribution signals when optional analytics cookies are accepted.

3. Why we process data

We process data to create and deliver requested videos, manage user accounts, process payments, secure the platform, and improve product quality.

4. Third-party services

To provide the service we use providers such as Supabase (auth/database), AWS (storage/rendering), Stripe (payments), Resend (emails), and TikTok Events API for consented server-side ad conversion measurement. Data is shared only as required to provide the product and measure campaign effectiveness when you opt in.

5. Retention

After final video selection, unselected variants and raw recordings are cleaned according to project retention rules. Selected final videos remain available for a limited download period. Raw analytics events are retained for a limited operational window and then reduced to aggregate reporting data.

6. Analytics and consent

Optional analytics and advertising attribution are disabled until you accept optional cookies. When enabled, we collect first-party visit, engagement, performance, and conversion events to improve the product, understand campaign performance, and support privacy requests such as erasure.
