2. Data we collect

• Account data: email and optional display name.
• Project data: project title, participant names, optional participant emails, deadlines, and metadata.
• Media data: participant video/audio recordings and optional uploaded photos.
• Service telemetry: operational logs and optional analytics data when consent is accepted.

3. Why we process data

We process data to create and deliver requested videos, manage user accounts, process payments, secure the platform, and improve product quality.

4. Third-party services

To provide the service we use providers such as Supabase (auth/database), AWS (storage/rendering), Stripe (payments), and Resend (emails). Data is shared only as required to provide the product.

5. Retention

After final video selection, unselected variants and raw recordings are cleaned according to project retention rules. Selected final videos remain available for a limited download period.

6. Your rights
